Laguna Niguel

Our men’s spirituality group at St. Timothy Parish in Laguna Niguel was formed in 1988. We call it Manna for Men. Its mission is to provide a place for men of faith to gather in fellowship and to develop their Catholic faith and spirituality. Our primary tools include both a weekly book study and full-day retreats once or twice a year.

We meet every Saturday morning.

Why do we meet regularly?

We meet regularly to do a book study experience. Each week features one chapter with relevant discussion questions to stimulate sharing from each man’s viewpoint and wisdom. We choose books that are either spiritual or catechetical in nature. This is a small group dynamic where men are able to develop trust and support while growing their relationship with Christ and the Church. Additionally, regular full-day retreats feature guest speakers, group discussions, music, breakfast and lunch and much more. This event is offered to the entire parish male community and we typically get 75-110 attendees.
